I am Israeli and a former police officer, seeking to help those around me. I later moved into marketing, where I learned to spot an opportunity, communicate clearly, and move quickly when something has potential.

Since then, I have started companies, grown teams, handled difficult transitions, and fixed the problems that show up when a business becomes bigger than the person who started it.
